If you suspect that you suffer from social anxiety disorder, there are

now may be an excellent time to give some serious thought to getting
help for your condition. Herbal and natural remedies to offer a wide
range of products that can help you ease your symptoms of social
anxiety disorder so keep them in mind while considering your options.
1) Suffering from constant and regular panic Attacks. Particularly
those that feel very strong in a social environment where you feel
that people may be passing judgment on you may be very severe. They
may also become so common and even painful enough to seriously affect
your life and you will want to do what ever it takes to avoid them and
work to avoid these anxiety attacks.
2) Do you often miss or even purposely avoid situations that would
force you to socialize just to keep from having a panic attack? Do you
constantly change your schedule or regular social habits in order to
avoid discomfort or uncomfortable situations that might cause you to
have a panic attack? How about important events that involve family or
friends? This is definitely a symptom of social anxiety disorder.
3) Do you change your daily schedule and normal routine out of fear?
When you reschedule a lunch date, or an appointment, and stay away
from meetings because you are experiencing anxiety attacks you are
suffering from yet another symptom of social anxiety disorder.
4) Agoraphobia. Frequent and severe panic attacks in social situations
can lead to agoraphobia. This is essentially the fear of having a
panic attack and losing control in a public place with either no means
of escape or that no help will be available. For many with this
symptom it becomes almost impossible to leave the safe confines of
their home.
5) Your family relationships and friendships may become impossible to
hold onto. Once you start avoiding your social responsibilities with
friends and family they may not be so eager to invite you to a social
get together even though they may not realize that you are suffering
from one of the symptoms of social anxiety disorder. This may lead to
bouts with depression, which is often associated with social anxiety
disorders and is one of the worst symptoms.
6) Escaping social environments in alcohol and drugs could perhaps be
the worst of the symptoms of social anxiety disorders. They may lessen
the regularity and severity of panic attacks, but they will shorten
your list of friends and those who care about you also. This symptom
will negatively impact your health emotionally and physically, but it
will also affect your loved ones adversely to. Prolonged use of these
substances will lead to dependence and since it takes a while for
social anxiety disorders to become recognizable by anyone they may not
realize your problem and come to your aid in time.
The symptoms of social anxiety disorder will become obvious to you as
they begin to appear with greater frequency and familiarity. Once they
do you will want to find as much help as you can. There are many
programs, treatments, and remedies out there to help you control these
disorders, but it is up to you to take the first step.
