of person who has to have everything exactly the way you think it
should be, and that everything has a very specific place, you are
going to cause more stress for yourself again. Not everything has to
be 100% perfect 100% of the time. Be willing to let those things go,
open up, and start to enjoy things a little bit more.
Stopping scrutinizing things so closely is the third and final tip. We
can often cause ourselves anxiety unnecessarily and increase the
amount of stress in our lives incredibly, simply because we
concentrate too much on things that don't really require such amounts
of time and energy. For example, have you ever overly concentrated on

found out that what they had meant was something completely different
altogether?
Our ability to deal with anxiety can be helped greatly, just by
learning to relax into life a little more, as well as developing
